In 5th Page the table of the judgment dated 30th April, 2025 "Pain & Suffering Rs. 1,23,00/- and Loss of Amenities Rs. 25,00/-" shall be read as "Pain & Suffering Rs. 1,23,000/- and Loss of Amenities Rs. 23,000/- ".

Other portions of the order remain unaltered. Department is directed to make necessary correction to that effect in judgment dated 30th April, 2025.

Copy of the order be sent to the Department for immediate compliance.
