1. Learned advocate representing the petitioner submits upon instruction that, a negotiation is going on in between the Bank and the petitioner. The bank has requested the petitioner to pay certain amount which the petitioner intends to pay by this week.

2. Learned advocate representing the Bank submits, upon instruction that, the sale is complete and sale certificate has also been issued to the purchaser.

3. As the facts narrated by the learned advocate for the petitioner are not averred in the writ petition and the prayer made in the writ petition appears to have become infructuous, accordingly, the instant writ petition stands dismissed.

4. In the order dated 26th November, 2024 the name of Ms. Amrita Tewari learned advocate for the State, was inadvertently recorded as Mr. Aritra Tewari. Be it recorded that, Ms. Amrita Tewari learned advocate appeared on behalf of the State in this matter on 26th November, 2024. The name of the learned advocate is accordingly corrected.

5. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
