Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the incident arose out of a dispute regarding mango orchard. There is a counter case where the petitioner suffered injury.

Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that the victim suffered grievous hurt. He refers to the injury report of one of the victims. He submits that apart, there are other injuries suffered by other persons.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected. CRM (A) 1625 of 2022 is dismissed.
