Perused the office report dated 26.07.2023, the Lay Note dated 10.07.2023 of the Assistant Registrar-IV placed before the Hon'ble Court, and the solemn order dated 13.07.2023 passed by the Hon'ble Court.

In the said solemn order, the Hon'ble Court was pleased to direct interalia, "It is ordered that the requisites shall be put in by 17th July, 2023 within the business hours of the Court. In default, C.O. No.983 of 2018 shall stand dismissed".

It appears from the office report dated 26.07.2023 that the requisites as referred in the said solemn order of the Hon'ble Court have not yet been filed by the Ld. Advocate for the petitioner for causing service of notice of the amended revisional application upon the substituted O.P.Nos.1(ka)(i)- 1(ka)(v).

In view of the above facts and circumstances, C.O. No.983 of 2018 stands dismissed.
