Shyam Sundar Pan v. State Of West Bengal And ORS.
22.02.2023 Item No.17 Ct. No.17 S.A.
WPA 6155 of 2022 Shyam Sundar Pan -vsThe State of West Bengal & Ors.
Mr. S. S. Arefin Ms. Kaniz Kulsum Ms. Nadira Abedin ...for the petitioner Mr. Avishek Prasad ...for the State The Director of Pension, Provident Fund and Group Insurance has passed an order pursuant to the direction given by this court on 29.06.2022 wherefrom it appears that the case of the petitioner has been considered and rejected as the rule does not permit to provide pension to the petitioner in terms of DCRB Scheme, 1981. Copy of this reasoned order has already been served upon the petitioner.
I have considered the report and I find no merit in this writ petition, however, the petitioner wants to take advantage of one observation of the said DPPG where he has been granted liberty to approach the School Education Department for redressal of his grievance. Such liberty is always there to the petitioner to approach the School Education Department, however, this court is not passing any such order. But if the petitioner wants to take
advantage of that order passed by the DPPG, he can do so.
With this observation, this writ application is disposed of.
