Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are in custody for 200 days and the subject matter relates to alleged recovery of 311 grams of heroin from the possession of the petitioners.
Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that charge-sheet has been submitted. Having considered the subject matter of recovery, I direct that the learned trial court would after consideration of charges give opportunity to the prosecution to examine the seizure list witnesses. The said process be completed within a period of 60 days after the learned special court splits up the trial and overcome the stage of consideration of charges.
Petitioners would be at liberty to renew their prayer for bail after the aforesaid stage is over.
With the aforesaid observations, CRM (NDPS) 526 of 2026 is dismissed.
All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
