1. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, upon instructions, submits that during pendency of this application, the learned Trial Court had acquitted all the accused for want of evidence. Therefore, the present application has become infructuous.

2. In view of the above, the revisional application is disposed of without any further order, even as to costs. The connected application being CRAN 1 of 2025 also stands disposed of.

3. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance with requisite formalities.
