Shasmal ... for the Respondent No(s). 5 Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that he has been subjected to inconveniences by the private respondent nos. 5, 6 and 7.

Learned advocate for the State submits that at the behest of the respondent no.6, a case under Section 498A of the IPC and other relevant Sections was registered for investigation. A counter-case was also registered on the basis of the information furnished by the petitioner.

The petitioner has presently restricted his prayer to the limited extent

that there should not be any interference in the peaceful enjoyment of his life and liberty and he may be allowed to enjoy staying at his property.

To that effect, the petitioner is directed that if any application is preferred under the relevant provisions of the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007 before the Maintenance Tribunal, the concerned SubDivisional Officer in seisin of the issue will pass necessary directions.

In case, any direction is passed upon the police authorities, the police authorities would adhere to the same.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 6427 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is also disposed of.
