Heard learned Advocates appearing for the parties. Petitioners have filed this writ petition claiming to be Group-D employees of the Society in question as casual labourers and petitioners were not allowed to continue their services from 2019 onwards.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case I am not inclined to grant any relief to the petitioners in this writ petition except granting liberty to the petitioners to make appropriate representation before the authority concerned within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order and if such representation is made before the authority concerned, the same shall be considered by him in accordance with law.

With this observation and direction this writ petition being WPA 6601 of 2023 is disposed of. ( Md. Nizamuddin, J. )
