It is also submitted that the learned advocate representing the applicants has received written instruction in this regard from the writ petitioner no.2 /applicant no.2.

The respondent no. 7 is represented by the learned advocate.

In view of aforesaid submission, the writ petition and the contempt application are dismissed on the ground of non-prosecution.

Connected applications, if pending, stand also dismissed.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertakings.
