The prayer made by the writ petitioner is innocuous. As such, WPA 5201 of 2020 is disposed of by directing respondent no.3 to consider the representation of the petitioner, appearing at page-27 of the writ petition, dated February 11, 2020 as expeditiously as possible, positively within three weeks from the date of communication of this order to the respondent no.3. The petitioner shall communicate this order, accompanied by a server copy thereof, to the respondent no.3 at the earliest to ensure due compliance of the same. The parties shall act on such communication, without insisting upon prior production of a certified copy of the order.

CAN 1 of 2020 and CAN 2 of 2020 are also disposed of accordingly.

There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
