Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today by the Counsel for the petitioners be taken on record. The writ petitioners participated in the process of recruitment to the post of Anganwari Helpers under Baghmundi ICDS Project, Purulia.

They submit that the result of the recruitment process is not published till date.

The respondents shall communicate to the writ petitioners the fate of their applications within a period of one month from the date of communication of a copy of this order.

In view of the above, the instant writ application shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order on usual undertakings.
