No post-bail misconduct is alleged by the petitioner. As a co-ordinate Bench we are called upon to reappraise the materials to arrive at a finding whether, order passed was correct or not by the petitioner. We are afraid that is not possible.

In such circumstances, we find no merit in the present application.
