In the matter of:- Tapas Das No one appears on behalf of the petitioner when the matter is called on for hearing. No accommodation is sought.

On the last few occasions, that is on 24.09.2021, 27.09.2021 and 04.10.2021, when the matter was called on for hearing, no one represented the petitioner or prayed for any adjournment.

It appears that the matter relates to an order passed under Sections 107 and 144 of the Code. An order passed under such provisions can be sustained only for a limited period, but the impugned order is of 2011.

Therefore, for all practical purposes, the revisional application and the connected application have become infructuous.

Accordingly, the revisional application and the connected application are dismissed.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order may be delivered to the learned Advocates for the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all formalities. (Jay Sengupta, J.)
