Materials in the Case Diary suggest that, petitioners are involved in a racket of smuggling of stolen mobile phone across the international border.

Role of the petitioners requires investigation. In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

This application for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected. CRM(A) 883 of 2024 is disposed of.
