Petitioner has filed this writ petition being aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondent customs authority concerned in considering its representation dated 21st February, 2024 and sitting over the same. Details of the grievance would appear from the said representation.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submission of the parties, this writ petition being WPA 7015 of 2024 is disposed of by directing the respondent customs authority concerned to dispose of the representation dated 21st February, 2024, in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order after giving opportunity of hearing to

the petitioner or its authorized representatives, within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order.
