Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the writ petition having been preferred before this Court the obstruction created in the passage for usage of the petitioner has been removed by the Municipality and the police authorities.

Learned advocate appearing for the respondent no.4 submits that the municipal authorities did not find any structure in the common passage.

Mr. Mondal, learned advocate for the State submits that a construction was made which has been subsequently removed at the instance of the police authorities.

State submits a report enclosing a photograph and contends that the encroachment has been subsequently removed.

In view of the changed circumstances, I do not find that there is any reason further to keep the writ petition pending.

Accordingly, WPA 6448 of 2025 is disposed of. Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.

A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
