We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner is the brother-in-law of the victim lady. She was brutally assaulted at the matrimonial home resulting in her death. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected earlier. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
