Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner is not named in the First Information Report.

Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that, the police are investigating a case of cyber fraud. He submits that, one co-accused recorded a statement saying that his ATM Card and other banking documents were kept with the petitioner.

Apparently, petitioner is involved in a racket, whereby members of unsuspecting public are induced to part with money on the promise of a sanction of loan. Role of the petitioner requires investigation.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
