Learned advocate for the State submits that a charge-sheet has already been filed against the accused on 13.03.2024.

Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that it is unfortunate that the relevant provisions under the Penal Code have not been added.

Since charge-sheet has already been submitted and cognizance has been taken, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty granted to the petitioner to file a protest petition if she is aggrieved with the outcome of the investigation.
