Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is falsely implicated. Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the materials in the case diary. He submits that the principal accused names the petitioner as the purchaser of the goods. The subject goods are yet to be recovered.

The de facto complainant is represented.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein and considering the fact that the goods are yet to be recovered, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

CRM (A) 1631 of 2022 is dismissed.
