Drawing our attention to an order dated 11th June, 2024 passed by the learned Tribunal, Ms. Shah, learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the contempt application being MA 379 of 2013 preferred by the petitioners alleging violation of an order dated 9th January, 2013 in OA 3069 of 2012 (LRTT) was dismissed and for restoration of the contempt application further applications were filed. The said applications being MA 887 of 2022 and MA 888 of 2022 have been fixed for hearing before the learned Tribunal on 4th April, 2025. Let the copy

of the order dated 11th June, 2024, as placed, be kept on record.

Mr. Siddiqui, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the State respondents submits that the order passed by the learned Tribunal on 9th January, 2013 has already been complied with and he submits that the learned advocate appearing for the State respondents before the learned Tribunal would file an affidavit of compliance of the order dated 9th January, 2013 as and when the contempt application is restored and taken up for hearing.

In the said conspectus and as the next date of hearing has been fixed on 4th April, 2025, we dispose of the present application with liberty to the petitioners to file an application seeking preponement of the date of hearing. Needless to observe, in the event such an application is filed, the learned Tribunal would make an endeavour to dispose of the matter, as expeditiously as possible. There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the learned advocates for the parties.
