Petitioner has approached this Court as she was aggrieved in respect of inaction of the police authorities pursuant to repeated complaints having been filed before the police authorities, last of which is dated 12.03.2025. Mr. Basu, learned advocate appearing for and on behalf of the State points out that Pursurah Police Station case no. 73/25 dated 21.03.2025 has been registered for investigation under the relevant provisions of BNS, 2023. Having considered the prayers which have been referred to in the writ petition, I am of the opinion that the purpose for which the writ petition was preferred has been subserved.

Accordingly, WPA 6433 of 2025 is disposed of. Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.

A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
