Mr. Gobindadas Mitra, learned advocate appears for the petitioner he submits that in the order dated April 16, 2025 his name has been wrongly recorded as Rabindra Das Mitra.

Ms. Poulami Chattopadhyay, learned advocate appears for respondent nos. 2 to 5.

In view of the above, the order dated April 16, 2025 stands corrected to the effect that wherever the name of the learned advocate for the petitioner appears the same shall be corrected and read as Mr. Gobindadas Mitra.

The said correction shall be incorporated in the order dated April 16, 2025.
