This revisional application has been filed with a prayer for expeditious disposal of Title Suit No. 83 of 2017.

Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner/defendant submitted that Title Suit No. 83 of 2017 was filed by the petitioner/defendant, who is aged about 90 years.

Considering the nature of the prayer, I do not find any reason to ask the learned advocate on behalf of the petitioners to serve notice upon the opposite parties. Service upon the opposite parties is, thus, dispensed with.

Learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 1st Court, Tamluk is expected to take all endeavours to dispose of the suit pending since 2017, filed against senior citizen, as expeditiously as possible without giving any unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties to the suit. Petitioner is directed to make communication of this order to the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 1st Court, Tamluk.

With this observation and direction, the revisional application stands disposed of.
