Let the correction be done during the course of the day.

Having heard the learned counsel for the parties and the perusal of the record, it is noticed that the petitioners have raised a grievance in respect of rejection of certain names from the waiting list for extending the benefit of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna. A limited prayer has been made by the petitioners by submitting that the petitioners have filed the representation dated 5th February, 2021 annexure "P-4" before the respondent no.4/District Magistrate, therefore, a direction be issued to the said respondent to consider and take a decision on the said

representation.

Learned counsel for the State has no objection to the same.

Hence, without adverting the merits of the matter the petition is disposed of by directing the respondent no.4 to duly consider the petitioners' representation dated 5th February, 2021 in accordance with law and pass a reasoned and speaking order.

Let this exercise be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order.
