Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners were falsely implicated. Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the materials in the case diary. She submits that the victims suffered bullet injury. Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners therein as transpiring from the materials in the case diary and considering the fact that injured suffered bullet injury, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected. CRM (A) 1633 of 2022 is dismissed.
