Petitioner is aggrieved for non-execution of the warrant of arrest in connection with Mis. Ex. Case no. 88/2018. Grievance canvassed by the petitioner is that inspite of warrant of arrest being issued against respondent no.4 no steps have been taken by the police authorities concerned.

Mr. Ahmed, learned advocate for the State has submitted a report. Report encloses the order dated 21.03.2025 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court, Arambagh, Hooghly which reflects that the respondent no.4 Umashankar Roy appeared before the learned Magistrate deposited the amount, consequent to which the warrant of arrest has been recalled. Accordingly, petitioner would pursue further remedies before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court, Arambagh, Hooghly.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 6439 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.
