In view of the admitted position, the police authorities are directed to return the said motor bike/motor cycle to the petitioner and/or his authorized representative(s) if the petitioner and/or his authorized representative approaches the police station with proper documents.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 6441 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
