Mr. Soumik Ganguli, learned advocate appearing for the opposite party submits that the matrimonial suit being Matrimonial Suit No. 307 of 2018 (Sri Sudipta Mandal vs. Madhumita Rakshit (Mandal)) sought to be withdrawn and transferred by the present application under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure is at the fag end.

Mr. Ganguli files photocopy of the certified copy of the orders passed in the said matrimonial suit wherefrom it appears that after closing the evidence of the parties, the learned Trial Judge had fixed September 01, 2021 as the date for passing necessary order in the said matrimonial suit.

In view of such development, no order need be passed in the present application under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure. C.O. 1106 of 2020 is disposed of with the request to the learned Trial Judge to dispose of the said matrimonial suit as expeditiously as possible. There shall be no order as to costs. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance of all requisite formalities.
