Petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction of the police 14.05.2025 Court No. 35 Item No.8 Rakib authorities, particularly, with regard to the representation dated 25.06.2021 which was furnished with the Officerin-Charge of Muchipara Police Station. The tenor of the information so furnished with the police authorities reflect that there was a dispute in respect of possession and the petitioner alleged that forcefully she was tried to be removed from her possession and to that extent threatened with dire consequences.

Additionally it has been alleged that the accused persons and their associates are thickly connected with anti-socials and miscreants who had been creating pressure for issuing rent receipts.

As none appears on behalf of the State, Mr. Manas Kr. Sadhu, learned advocate who ordinarily appears for the State is directed to represent the State. His appearance may be regularized by the concerned authorities.

Having considered the nature of the dispute and the fact that substantial time has passed in the meantime, it would be in the interest of justice that the petitioner if she is faced with same inconveniences will file a representation before the concerned Officer-in-Charge who will take steps in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 6624 of 2023 is disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
