1. The petitioner is aggrieved by an order dated February 19, 2026 passed by the learned Additional District Judge, 9th Court, Alipore, 24-Parganas (South) in Misc. Appeal No.149 of 2021 whereby an ad interim order of injunction passed by the said Court on an application under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 has been extended. An order of injunction passed under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 of the Code and an order of extension thereof are appealable orders. This revisional application is, therefore, not maintainable.

2. CO 996 of 2026 is dismissed.

3. The petitioner shall have liberty to take back the certified copy of the order dated February 19, 2026 upon furnishing a photostat copy thereof duly countersigned by the learned advocate-on-record for the petitioner.

4. This order shall not preclude the petitioner from taking appropriates steps to challenge the aforesaid order dated February 19, 2026.

5. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied as expeditiously as possible. (Om Narayan Rai, J.)
