1. Despite notice, none appears for the petitioner at the time of call.

2. A receipt in that regard filed today by the respondent-Bank be kept on record.

3. It appears from the order sheet of the present writ petition that the petitioner has remained absent on almost all the occasions when the matter was called for hearing.

4. Hence, it transpires that the petitioner is no longer interested to proceed with the matter.

5. Accordingly, W.P.A. No. 6628 of 2023 is dismissed for default without, however, any order as to costs.

6. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

7. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
