Najma Kaji v. State Of West Bengal

Bhattacharyya....for the State Mr. Gupta, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner was aggrieved by the fact that there has been non-compliance of the earlier orders passed by this court as investigation was not done by an officer attached to AHTU.

Mr. Bapuli, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor submits a report. The report reflects that the investigation is being done by an officer of AHTU, compensation has also been awarded to the victim who has received the same. Presently, there is no grievance of the petitioner so far as the contention which has been advanced in the revisional application.

As such no order need be passed.

In view of the investigation continuing in the instant case, the report so submitted be kept with the record. Accordingly, CRR 1028 of 2020 is disposed of. Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
