Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that she has served a copy of the writ petition to all the respondents.

It appears that grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is non-consideration and sitting over her representation dated 1st February being Annexure P-4 to the writ petition made to the respondents.

Considering the submission of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the Director of School Education/respondent no. 2 to consider and dispose of the representation dated 1st February 2019 within eight weeks from the date of communication of this order in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order and communicate its decision to the petitioner within two weeks thereafter.

WPA 5412 of 2019 is disposed of.
