Rehana Begum Ms. Reshmi Hossain Ms. Mohua Biswas Mr. Diptomoy Talukdar ...for the petitioner This application under Article of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the defendant praying for a direction upon the learned Civil Judge (Jr. Div.), 2nd Court at Barasat to dispose of the Title Suit No.114 of 2011 expeditiously.

In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed this Court feels that there is no necessity to direct issuance of any notice upon the opposite parties. However, the learned advocate on record of the petitioner shall be obliged to forward a copy of this application along with this order upon the opposite parties or the learned advocates representing the opposite parties before the learned Trial Judge.

It appears that on December 6, 2024 the title suit was transferred to the court of learned Civil Judge (Jr. Div.), 2nd Court at Barasat.

From the order sheets appended to this application this Court finds that a date for cross-examination of D.W.1 was fixed on February 19, 2025.

In view thereof, CO 1024 of 2025 is disposed of with the hope and trust that the learned Civil Judge (Jr. Div.), 2nd Court at Barasat shall dispose of the Title Suit No.114 of 2011 as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.

There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
