The present revisional application was filed in the year 2000 challenging the Complaint case no. 215 of 2000 pending before the learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Calcutta. Till date the application has not been admitted for the last 22 years and there has been no persuasion on behalf of the petitioner. Further, the contents in the revisional application reflects that question of facts were canvassed therein which do not call for interference of this court. Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 1078 of 2000 is hereby dismissed.
