However, for interest of justice and for interest of litigant, I am passing this order by directing the District Inspector of Schools (SE), Cooch Behar/respondent no. 3 to consider and dispose of the representation dated 12th October 2018 being Annexure P-3 to the writ petition made by the petitioner making claim for House Rent Allowance, within eight weeks from the date of communication of this order in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order and communicate its decision to the petitioner within two weeks thereafter. WPA 5413 of 2019 is disposed of.
