Petitioners have prayed for expeditious disposal of Misc. Case No. 421 of 2019 which is a proceeding under the relevant provisions of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005. It reflects from the order dated 22.12.2023 enclosed along with this revisional application that PW-1 was examined in chief.

Learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, 3rd Court, Howrah is directed to fix at least one date in a month and conclude the trial at the earliest.

No unnecessary adjournment should be granted to either of the parties. The endeavour be made to conclude the trial by 30.03.2025. With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 1039 of 2024 is disposed of. Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
