1. Case diary contains call detail recordings of calls made between the accused arrested with the commercial quantity of contraband with that of the petitioner before us.

2. Notwithstanding the police filing charge sheet, in view of the materials in the case diary, we are of the view that the petitioner is unable to overcome the restrictions under Section 37 of the NDPS Act, 1985.

3. Consequently, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

5. CRM (A) 997 of 2025 is dismissed.
