(Via Video Conference) The appellant is not represented nor any accommodation is prayed for on behalf of the appellant. In spite of several opportunities being given to the appellant to remove the defect, a report of the Assistant Registrar, S.R. Section shows that the defect as pointed out in the report of the Additional Stamp Reporter dated 21st August, 2000 has not yet been removed. Earlier a Coordinate Bench passed a peremptory direction on 24th September, 2021 for removal of the defect within one week after reopening of this Court following Puja Vacation. In view of the aforesaid, the appeal and the connected application stand dismissed for non-compliance of the order dated 24th September, 2021.
