Mr. Megahajit Mukherjee ..........for the Applicant Mr. Bhaskar Prosad Banerjee ...........for the Respondents Our attention is drawn to the order dated 14th October, 2020 of the Appellate Tribunal for SAFEMA, FEMA, PMLA, NDPS & PBPT ACT at New Delhi.

It is recorded therein that learned counsel for the respondent no. 2 in that proceeding would be moving this Court for an extension of time beyond 31st December, 2020 to conclude the proceeding.

It is also stated there that such extension is necessitated because of the Covid 19 pandemic and voluminous records.

Mr. Mukherjee, learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that this application for extension of time was filed before 31st December, 2020.

In those circumstances, we allow this application extending the time till 30th April, 2021 for the Tribunal to conclude the proceeding and make and publish its order.

The application (CAN 4 of 2020) is disposed of. The applications (CAN 2 of 2020 and CAN 3 of 2020) were disposed of earlier by this Bench. ( I. P. Mukerji,J.) (Md. Nizamuddin,J)
