The writ petitioner complains that the private respondents/son and daughter-in-law are trying to grab his property. The house is occupied by the petitioner's son and daughter-in-law's relatives.

Debra Police Station has filed a report dated 23.03.2022 and the same is taken on record.

Counsel for the State submits that the report of Debra Police Station indicates there is peace between the petitioner and his family members.

The petitioner may, therefore, go back into his house and live peacefully.

In the event of any further complaint from the petitioner, Debra Police Station may make enquiries and take steps in accordance with law.

The FIR already registered by the Debra Police being No. 45 of 2023 dated 17.01.2023 shall be investigated and final report be filed before the Jurisdictional Magistrate within a period of one month from date.

The writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
