The petitioner alleges illegal and unauthorized construction without a building plan over J.L. No. 50, L.R. Dag No. 1195, L.R. Khatian No. 665, Sabek Dag No. 745, MouzaHodla, District - Hooghly. The petitioner has obtained the intimation from the Pradhan of the Dadpur Gram Panchayat that no building plan has been

approved for construction over the aforesaid plot of land.

It appears from records that the petitioner has not approached the Pradhan with the prayer to deal with the unauthorized construction being carried out by the private respondent.

In view of the above, the instant writ petition is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the Gram Panchayet highlighting his grievances, if so advised.

WPA 5238 of 2020 and the connected applications are disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties after completion of all legal formalities.
