From the report submitted by the learned Registrar Judicial Service it appears that the proceeding in G.R.Case No. 3124 of 2012 arising out of Burdwan Police Station Case No. 1141 of 2012 dated 26.12.2012 has been disposed of vide order and judgment dated 5th December, 2018 by the Judicial Magistrate, 6th Court, Burdwan.

The instant criminal revisional application arising out of the aforesaid G.R.case has become infructuous. Accordingly, the criminal revisional application being CRR 501 of 2014 is disposed of.
