This is an application under article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the writ petitioners are aggrieved by inaction on the part of the respondent authorities in considering their representations dated January 1, 2020 and January 31, 2020.

I have heard learned Counsel for the appearing parties and perused the materials on record.

This writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent no.2 to consider the representations made by the petitioners by granting an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners within two weeks from the date of

communication of this order. The reasoned order is to be communicated to the petitioners within one week from the date of passing of such reasoned order.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.

As a consequence thereof, the connected application is also disposed of.

Since no affidavit-in-opposition is called for, allegations made in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted.
