1. The petitioners challenge the action taken by the respondent no. 5 HDB Financial Services under the SARFAESI Act.

2. The respondent no. 5 being a private entity, writ petition against the said entity will not be maintainable.

3. In view of the above, the instant writ petition is held to be not maintainable and the same stands dismissed.

4. It will be open for the petitioners to approach the competent forum for relief, if so advised.

5. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
