Suspecting the victim to be witch, she was beaten mercilessly and succumbed to the injuries. The petitioners have been apprehended in connection with the aforesaid case. He is in custody for more than 600 days. This is, in fact, renewal for prayer for bail as the earlier application filed by them got dismissed by the Court. Though the charge sheet has been filed but we do not find any changed circumstances warranting the release of the petitioner on bail.

Accordingly the prayer for bail is rejected.

CRM No. 2623 of 2021 is, thus, dismissed.
