This petition has been pending since the year 2009 and the matter had been appearing in the Warning List for a considerable period of time.

I am of the view that sufficient notice was given to the petitioner that the matter would be taken up today. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in proceeding with this matter. Hence, W.P.A. 4800 of 2009 is dismissed for default, without any order as to costs. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

However, the respondents are directed to take steps in accordance with law.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance of the requisite formalities.
