Mr. Bari, learned Advocate appearing for the appellant, submits that the heir and legal representatives of the deceased appellant have taken the brief from him. Therefore, he could not take steps despite the order dated 13th December, 2023.

It appears that the sole appellant died much before and the limitation has also intervened in the meantime.

In view of the above, the appeal is dismissed as abated.
